Also known as a Quiet Sound Amplifier, it's a personal amplification device that features an onboard sensor that automatically adjusts to the noise level of your environment. It boosts soft sounds while still keeping steady volume on louder noises, or even reducing volume in the case of extremely loud sounds, e.g.: fireworks or the strike of a drum. In addition, it boosts softer, high-pitched sounds that are heard in speech, which helps brings clarity to conversations – particularly in less-than-ideal listening environments.
