Maybe I shouldn't say this but these will attach to a 2" throat horn with a little effort. Then you have a Hf unit that has a response of 800 to 25,000hz +/-2db with no eq.! Use a 24db per octave crossover & only max of 50 to 65 watts rms. Keep the horn choice shallow for best results.

This is by far the best replacement HF unit I have dealt with in my 50+ years as a pro & consumer audio tech. I have repaired thousands of hf drivers from almost every mainstream manufacturer, even Hartley. Tannoy is now shipping the diaphragm unit with the magnet assembly attached. No more need for alignment. I have not done frequency response tests & comparisons to the originals but I will and include the results.

So this is a plug and play replacement for the tulip waveguide tweeter? There's not much in the description and it just says diaphragm, but if it's a drop in replacement then I might order one. Also, did you do any tests like your review said? I would be curious to know if they are OEM quality before putting it in my several thousand dollar speakers
