Rose Brand offers Set Tape, a unique double sided tape for safe but secure temporary attachment to delicate floors, walls, windows and more. This tape is a 2-inch wide by 20 yard roll that is an the ideal solution for working in event spaces. One side has a gentle painter's tape adhesive that won't damage or mar sensitive surfaces. The other uses an aggressive carpet tape adhesive to securely hold porous and non-porous materials alike. That means you can use Set Tape on location, in ballrooms, churches and public spaces, or on stage - anywhere a safe but secure attachment is needed.

Just did a test and the tape stuck to the signage and released easily from the painted wall. Haven't tried reattaching light tack to a 2nd surface yet.
