Each panel within the A2466x7 drum shield is meticulously crafted from top-tier ¼” thick acrylic material, showcasing finely finished edges. These panels incorporate a proprietary 'tooth in groove' mechanical locking hinge system, providing a secure and long-lasting connection between them. Additionally, they are equipped with cable cutouts, designed to facilitate the organized routing of cables leading to musical equipment. Importantly, these panels are modular in design, allowing users to extend the shield's height by 12” or 18” using AX Drum Shield Height Extenders, expand its width by adding additional acrylic panels, and introduce Sorber sound absorption baffles to create a comprehensive isolation booth or any configuration in between.
