The A2466x2 drum shield allows users to capture their sound in a unique manner. These 2-panel drum shields excel at reflecting mid-to-high sound frequencies, such as snare drums, cymbals, guitars, and horns, effectively diffusing them to prevent overwhelming the audience's ears. They find applications as gobos in studios, on stages, or at worship services, serving to reduce microphone bleed and attain a cleaner overall mix. Alternatively, they can be employed to add two panels to an existing A2466 drum shield, or users can utilize AS48 stabilizers to enable them to stand freely in a straight line.

Each panel is meticulously crafted from top-tier ¼” thick acrylic material and boasts smooth, finished edges. They feature a proprietary 'tooth in groove' mechanical locking hinge system to ensure a secure and durable connection between panels. Furthermore, these panels are equipped with cable cut-outs for effortless cable organization to and from your equipment. Their modular design allows for height extension by 12” or 18” using AX Drum Shield Height Extenders, width expansion through additional panels, and the incorporation of Sorber sound absorption baffles to create a complete isolation booth or anything in between.
