Acoustic Geometry's Mass Loaded Vinyl can be installed virtually anywhere – walls, floors, ceilings, HVAC systems, and more – for use in music and post studios, home theaters, businesses, and many other applications to help block sound transmissions. This soundproofing barrier material can be stapled or screwed directly into wall studs for new construction or existing walls. The Vinyl barrier has a combination of Barium, Calcium Carbonate, and EPDM additives to increase density/weight per square foot. All supplements are completely safe for human use in soundproofing applications.
