Henry Engineering SUPERELAY-II LED Tally Light and Utility Control Interface

The Henry Engineering Superelay II is the updated version of Superelay! This new version now has an output for LED Tally Lights. It will directly drive low-voltage Tally lights with up to 300ma of current.

Superelay II is a multi-circuit controller for any application where numerous circuits, including AC line voltage, need to be switched simultaneously. It is ideal for controlling On The Air tally lights and switching the various equipment functions that need to be controlled when, for example, the microphone in a broadcasting studio is turned on.

Superelay II provides six isolated SPDT relay outputs, plus AC and DC Tally Light output that can be set to flash. The AC Tally Light output can supply up to 200 watts of line voltage, and is switched with a synchronous solid-state relay to prevent electrical noise or arcing. The DC Tally Light output can supply up to 300mA at 12V DC; it can also "sink" up to 1A of currant if used with an external power source. All relay and Tally Lights outputs switch simultaneously.

Superelay II can be controlled with an external DC voltage (5-24 volts), a momentary or continuous contact closure, or any circuit that switches to ground. Control inputs and relay outputs are via plug-in Euroblock connectors. A front panel LED indicates Tally on/off status. An SL output permits multiple Superelay II units can operate in tandem from a common Control input.

Superelay II is 1/3 rack width and can be mounted in an optional rack shelf, or wall mounted with optional wall/cabinet mounting brackets.
