The Chimera 1160 Super Pro X Medium Strip Lightbank, an excellent tool for controllable soft light, represnts the latest generation of the industry strobe lightbank. It comes with a removable inner baffle and front screen—both easy to use with Velcro attachment. Its rectangular shape provides a classic clean light for use in a wide array of lighting applications, either as a key or fill light. The Super Pro X series light banks have form-fitting rear cowling that is made to close around the speed ring, to control light leaks, and can be opened for heat venting, giving strobe overheating protection.

Super Pro X Lightbanks offer the user a large range of accessories for customizing and shaping the light. To help control the softness of the light, honeycomb metal grids and collapsible fabric Egg Crate® grids (both sold separately) control the spread, and Chimera's flexible fabric barn doors (sold separately) are also a great option for quick and simple lighting control to help you with achieving Perfect Lighting.
