Product Overview

The unique Direct-Drive is both an amp simulator and a direct box, designed for your pedal-board, providing a realistic amp tone that can be connected directly to the PA system.

Three amplifier voicing options are provided: The first, the popular "JDX tone," emulates the sound of an SM57 microphone on a 4x12 cabinet. The second "stack" setting acts like a British tube head amplifier, while the final tone is modeled after a clean twin combo amp. These three classic voicings' brightness can also be altered by a presence switch.

The balanced output, which is sent straight to the mixer, is equipped with a polarity switch and a ground lift switch. This unique box also offers a thru-put to send to your on-stage amp, plus a tuner output. All together, this allows the Direct-Drive to act not only as an amp simulator but also as a direct box, giving you the power to send a consistently perfect amp tone to the PA every night without ever needing to mic your amp.

With its all-in-one convenience, there's no way you should overlook the Radial Direct-Drive amp simulator and direct box!
