I bought 2 of these a church install. They came with pre-installed XLR connectors and AC receptacle, just like the photo (a detail that could be made a little clearer on the web page, considering that all floor box makers do not supply XLR connectors or AC receptacles.). The floor box is well built, and installation is simple and clean. Financially, the best deal I've found. The only downside is that there isn't much panel real estate for adhesive labels.
