Featuring a Flex 2' x 2' Daylight LED mat along with a Scrim Jim® Cine 2' x 2' Frame and diffusion, the Westcott Flex 2' x 2' Daylight Cine Set gives filmmakers and photographers the ability to instantly create a stunning portable light source. an ultra-versatile lighting solution designed for portability, the Flex 2’ x 2’ Daylight LED mat is fully-bendable, rainproof, and lightweight at less than 1 pound. Yet even with its compact form, the Flex is extremely robust and emits an output of 9100 lux at 1 meter through 256 cutting-edge LEDs. The Flex, daylight-balanced at 5600K boasts a remarkable 95 CRI, to render true-to-life colors and skin tones and help minimize post-production editing. Each Flex mat is lined with durable touch fastener on both the front and rear for easy mounting to the included Scrim Jim Cine Frame. The Scrim Jim Cine 2' x 2' modular frame is made from anodized aluminum, for sturdiness. Heavy-duty hook-and-loop tape is riveted to both sides of each tube, providing for that easy mounting of the Flex mentioned earlier, as well as the included 1-stop diffusion Silk Diffuser. The Scrim Jim Cine frame tube is also designed with a built-in 3/8-16 thread, offering quick attachment to the included universal stud, then allowing placement in the included Dual-Socket Magic Arm. This heavy-duty Dual-Socket Magic Arm also features durable metal construction, plus dual female sockets, and an integrated ball head, and can be placed on any standard light stand or C-stand, giving precise directional control of the Flex's output when mounted to the Scrim Jim Cine Frame. And for even more convenience, a 16' included waterproof extension cable lets filmmakers and photographers place their light source even in hard-to-reach locations while still allowing access to the Flex’s handy digital dimmer.

The Highest LED Light Quality - The Flex LED mat is available in tungsten, daylight, and bi-color versions. Although extremely compact in size, their output is anything but small. The Westcott Flex's surface area is strategically lined with high-quality LEDs, offering between 1,700 to 10,500 lux at 1 meter, depending on mat size. Flex mats boast remarkably high color purity as well, producing an outstanding quality of light. With Color Rendering Index (CRI) ratings of 95 and 98, these lights portray accurate shades and skin tones for faster post-production editing
Complete Light Control - The flat Flex's 140° light output provides a wide angle of light spread. Easily roll the Flex mat and insert into a space light or lantern for 360° of light spread. For a more narrow or dramatic beam of light, simply fold the Flex to the desired opening. The Flex includes a convenient dimmer to adjust light output from 5% to 100%. An optional 16' waterproof extension cable offers versatility when you need extra length.
