This is a 10-pack of TMB's ProShell RJ45 Backshells [manufacturer code: PRJ0V2-BK/10T] made for hard use in entertainment and industry. Each of these backshells includes a tethered cap to protect contacts when longer cables are dragged during coiling.

With prevalent use of RJ45 connectors in the stage world comes the need for a road-worthy RJ connector. These patented ProShells convert a conventional RJ45 connector into a robust connector solution capable of repeated connections while maintaining mechanical and electrical integrity. The only solution available that doesn't require specialized connectors at both ends, these ProShells can be used with standard hardware.
