Telestream Premium Support Plan Features:

• 12 Months of Service: The Premium Support program is an annual program, and your support contract takes effect immediately after you purchase. You will also have the option to renew your subscription each year.
• Remote Access Services: As a Premium Support member, you will be eligible for Remote Access Services (RAS) – a fast and secure method of allowing a support technician to access your computer, identify the issue, and resolve it quickly.
• Response Times: Telestream's support team does their best to respond to support requests within 8 business hours or sooner. Their hours are from Monday through Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM Pacific Time (PT), excluding holidays.
• Valuable Resources: You will also get access to all of Telestream's standard free services such as the community forum, knowledge base, and videos.
