Schoeps MK-2NI Omnidirectional Condenser Capsule with Nickel Finish for Colette Series Modular Microphone System

The Schoeps MK 2 is a Colette Series modular condenser microphone capsule with an omnidirectional polar pattern. This capsule has a flat frequency response for frontal sound incidence. This yields a very natural sound when recordings are made within the reverberation radius, where the direct sound (frontal incidence) predominates over the reverberant sound (random angles of incidence).
