Inter-M Americas DPA-300S 300 Watt Single Channel Class D Amplifier

Housed in 2 RU compact chassis, the Inter-M DPA-300S Class D amplifier offers high power in reduced size and weight. The combination Class D type amplification circuitry combined with SMPS (Switch mode Power Supplies) creates a high efficiency amplifier offering reduced power consumption and low heat dissipation. The DPA-300S offers both low impedance and high impedance outputs in one package ideal for applications where high power and large quantity of long-line speaker installation is required such as airports, arenas, shopping malls, transportation stadiums or any large scale facilities.

The DPA-300S' class D amplifier offers greater than 90% power efficiency over traditional amplifiers. Switch mode power supply (SMPS) provides high efficiency and low weight along with reduced physical size and lower heat dissipation. The DPA-300S is fully equipped with a protection circuit against short circuit, overload, power and DC output and offers less than 1% THD, total harmonic distortion with an increased signal to noise ratio to 90 dB and a widened frequency response from 30 Hz - 18 kHz.

High definition sound is achieved by using a high impedance matching transformer and noise cancelling balanced audio input. The total harmonic distortion is reduced to less than 0.1% THD, with a high signal to noise S /N ratio of over 100dB with optimum broadband frequency response of 65 Hz - 20 kHz.

A 2 position Low Cut Filter at 65 Hz and 400 Hz helps to improve speech intelligibility and protects output from unwanted low frequencies.
