The Rosco Laboratories 515 9101 50000 is a preset remote control offering immediate color and dimming control of your Miro Cube™ or Braq Cube™ from an easy hand-held interface.

The Miro Preset Remote makes it simple to call up a color or color temperature and then dial in the brightness to just the level needed. Perfect for party planners who need to match a color theme, photographers and film-makers looking to set a color temperature or anytime it’s inconvenient to access the back panel interface of the Cube or set up a full lighting console. The Preset Remote is intended to control a single fixture, or a DMX daisy chain of secondary fixtures, all controlled identically. Each Miro/Braq unit must be set in DMX Mode, Address 001.

The Preset Remote offers three operation Modes three modes of control that enables the user to quickly and easily control a 4C or a WNC, from an easy-to-use, handheld controller, depending on which Cube you are using and what quality of light you want to dial in:

Mode 1 – Kelvin (WNC), only for use with Miro/Braq WNC, sets white light CCT for a Miro/Braq WNC unit. Choose from 10 preset color temperatures and then smoothly dim from 0 to 100 by adjusting the knob. A quick center press will toggle the unit to blackout and back.

Mode 2 – Kelvin (4C), only for use with Miro/Braq 4C, sets white light CCT for a Miro/Braq 4C unit. Using the full palette available from the RGBW quad chip in the 4C units, select from among 10 predetermined color temperatures to achieve a flattering, white light. Full dimming and on/off available using the adjustment knob.

Mode 3 – Color (4C), only for use with the Miro/Braq 4C, selects from a predetermined palette of 36 saturated and pale colors allowing the user to quickly choose and set color output for the 4C. Full dimming and on/off available using the adjustment knob.

Simply plug the Preset Remote into the DMX-In port of a Miro or Braq Cube and instantly call up a specific color on the 4C from a broad palette of beautiful, fine-tuned colors, or dial-in a specific color temperature on both the WNC and the 4C for accurate, gorgeous white light. Once the desired color or color temperature has been chosen, the Preset Remote can act as a compact, handheld dimmer with smooth, flicker-free control. One Preset Remote can easily control multiple units in a daisy-chain of Miro or Braq Cubes that are connected via 5-Pin DMX.
