Apollo Design Technology AP-GEL-1450 Light Weaved Diffusion 20" x 24" Gel Sheet

Production companies and photographic markets use plastic filters (gels) to add color to stage scenery and to provide color correction for theatre, film, and television. Gels create moods by changing the color shade of light. Apollo Design Technology offers the AP-GEL-1450, which is a Light Weaved Diffusion standard 20" x 24" gel sheet which useful for decreasing light intensity while still allowing the original beam of light to be visible. For short-term use, usually 6-10 hours.

Apollo Design AP-GEL-1450 Features:

• There are two widely-accepted gel manufacturing processes: double-coated and deep dyed. Apollo gel is double-coated because many designers appreciate the color consistency found in the double-coated process.
• All diffusions decrease light intensity.
• Possible Uses / Suggestions: Half version of AP1400. A very wide light diffusion. Still allows original beam of light to be visible. Good for distributing light into shade and softening gobos.
