The Panasonic DMW-MS2 is a combination shotgun/stereo microphone that is designed for use with Panasonic camera models DMC-GH4KBODY, DMC-G6KK, DMC-FZ1000, DMC-GH4-YAGH and DMC-GH3KBODY.

The DMW-MS2 can operate as a shotgun microphone with a very focused pickup pattern to block out background noise, or the microphone can operate in stereo mode, allowing for a very wide pickup pattern to capture a large space effectively. The microphone is powered by the camera via its 3.5mm connection and its mode can be changed via the camera it is connected to.
