The Shure UA8 is a 1/2-wave omnidirectional dipole antenna that offers 0°, 45°, and 90° positioning for increased flexibility as well as enhanced RF reception and signal stability. It's compatible with Axient, UHF-R, ULX-D, ULX, SLX and BLX4R receivers and PSM1000 and PSM900 transmitters (based upon frequency range - all sold separately).
Note: The UA8 replaces the UA820 antenna.

Very good option when you don't want to spend the money on directional powered antennas and you need better antennas than what came with the receiver.
