Elation MIDICON PRO MIDI Lighting Control Surface

The MIDICON PRO™ from Elation Pro Lighting is a professional-level, general-purpose MIDI controller console. It's engineered to work alongside Elation lighting software packages or any lighting software package that supports MIDI control.

Because many lighting control software programs implement MIDI messages as event triggers, likewise the MIDICON PRO uses MIDI messages to communicate with your lighting software as well—either with MIDI over USB or "classic" MIDI using 5-pin DIN connectors and cables. The newer-style MIDI over USB is a much faster method for MIDI implementation, and currently most lighting software applications use USB, but there are a few programs that still use the classic-style MIDI interface. Fortunately, this handy device is compatible with both, so you can rest easy...you're covered. Additionally, it can be customized to fit most any lighting software if needed. So enjoy.
