This is a fantastic product for the price. They are comfortable to wear and the sound quality is that of $100 pair of studio headphones. I am beyond satisfied with my purchase.

These headphones sound unbelievable you have to hear them to believe it. I’ve been using them for mixing and Just jamming personal music they are excellent as good as my AKG and tascam headphones.

Too tight on the ear. Ear cups are small even for a normal size.

Not impressed, for an "on Sale" price is good, otherwise is not worth it

I purchased these on sale. They are good for the price that I paid. I would describe the sound as "bright," given MP3 as the source material. I don't know about the base response because classical music usually does not have much base (1812 overture excepted.) I still need to try them with a CD.

Initially I bought five pairs of the VU HPC-8000's (for studio tracking) when they were on clearance for $20/each. Those headphones were WAY better than anticipated, especially for the money. The HPC-7000's (being reviewed here) are a bit lackluster in comparison with the HPC-8000's. If I compare the HPC-7000's with other headphones that I own (ATH-R70X, ATH-M50X, etc) the sound is congested in the mids. Plenty of volume, bass, and top end, but the mids seem stuffy. Not bad for $15 but not great

These are great for me as a mobile DJ, much louder than I thought they would be for the price and have an extra long cord!

My older son likes them. They are comfortable to wear and their sound is good.
