This is a beautiful banjo, both visually and sonically. There may be better banjos out there but at this price point, you will not find a better sounding banjo. And to top it off, the inlays are gorgeous. (note: Fret inlays are NOT real mother of pearl, but still look very nice.) If this is your first banjo, remember it (like all new instruments) comes with the drum head loosened and the bridge removed so don't forget that you will need to set it up properly if you want it to sound good.
