The dmx address is not assignable and the controller is not configurable each led eats up 3 Dmx channels. Also the Dmx out is not a thru it transposes what ever the channel after the last one the controller is using back to channel 1 so changes transposes channel 433 back to channel 1. Your device plugged into the out will need to be assigned to ch1 but controlled by ch 433. We bought 2 of these for a case project with 4 tapes the plan was to go to1 thru to the other, that will not work.
