The TELEFUNKEN Elektroakustik M81 builds off of the same features of the M80 that have made it so popular; minimal proximity effect, superior feedback rejection, and an articulate mid-range. However, with the M81 the top end is pulled back a bit, yielding a flatter overall frequency response.
