This is from ETC's Desire Series of lighting and is a Selador D40XT Studio Tungsten wash fixture that's IP66-rated(exterior) with forty 3000K LEDs set for a high intensity, single color, non-adjustable warm white output. This model comes in a black finish with a outdoor-rated power lead with watertight Molex connector.

Installations from television and film to architecture and houses of worship – where color temperature and skin-tone rendering are critical – now have an easier, more precise way to light: the Selador® Desire Studio™ range of LED luminaires.
The Studio Tungsten arrays feature the new, all-white Luxeon Rebel ES LEDs and output large quantities of white light. The luminaires create specific color temperatures that mimic the light production of tungsten fixtures, while using a mere 140W of power. Studio Tungsten arrays produce fills of warm, white light with a 3200K color temperature. You can swap out power-hungry conventional fixtures for Studio Tungsten luminaires to get the brightest, tungsten-quality light.

- *All LED sources experience some lessening of light output and some color shift over time. LED output will vary with thermal conditions. Based on the LED manufacturer’s B50 L70 specification, a Selador luminaire will achieve ~70% of its initial output after 50,000 hours of typical usage. In individual situations, LEDs will be used for different durations and at different levels. This can eventually lead to minor alterations in color performance, necessitating slight adjustment to presets, cues or programs.
