The MSI100-10B from VU is a sturdy, durable microphone stand with an iron base. The 8 lb, 10" circular base resists tipping and its 7/8" and 5/8" diameter steel tubes are adjustable from 32.75" to 60.875" via the metal clutch. Each stand terminates in the industry standard 5/8" thread. This affordable microphone stand is ideal for churches, schools, clubs, conference rooms, music venues or anywhere PA systems are being used.

For the money, this stand is as good or better than those costing a LOT more. We put three of them in our Church and I got 3 more for my own use as a live sound tech. I do about 20 live shows a year and mic stands take a real beating as do cables. These round base stands will hold up better than most of the tripod units and that's what we will replace with these. Highly recommend these for the money and quality.
