This is a case where the mfr has so cheapened the product it has nearly lost its utility. The first generation had a comfortable handle and more distance in the levers. This thing is uncomfortable to hold and use, it will pinch your hand when you cut the string, and the grabber to pull out a stuck end pin is totally ineffective.
