Part of the AT899 series of microphones from Audio-Technica, the omnidirectional AT899cT4 model comes in black and includes a 55" cable that is terminated with TA4F Connector for use Shure wireless systems (sold separately). Just like all models in the series, it's engineered to deliver intelligible, accurate voice reproduction, features a low-profile design (a mere 5mm in diameter) that provides assurance of minimum visibility, is hidden easily in clothing or hair, and can be worn as a lavalier. Its switchable low-frequency roll-off reduces popping. Additionally, it offers the convenience of either battery- or phantom-power operation.
