Whirlwind's R-1 panels are made of .090" thick 5052 aluminum with bent flanges for rigidity and have a brushed black anodized finish. Hinged panels are flat, made of .125" thick 5052 aluminum and have a brushed black anodized finish. Panels can also be custom engraved.
