The AT808G is a Subcardioid Dynamic Console Microphone from Audio-Technica is built as a quality talk-back mic for use in entertainment, commercial and industrial applications. It employs a custom-tailored frequency response that ensures excellent intelligibility in situations with excessive ambient noise, while its subcardioid polar pattern reduces the pickup of sounds from its rear and sides, thus improving isolation of the preferred sound source. It includes a protective screen that reduces wind noise and "popping" when used extremely close, and its flexible gooseneck is easy to manipulate for optimum positioning. It plugs directly into an XLRF-type surface or cable connector.
