What is Electronic Delivery?
Electronic Delivery is one way a software purchase can be sent to you. In some cases, software is available only via electronic delivery and no physical media is sent.

Some software allows you the option of Electronic Delivery or shipment of physical media. If you choose electronic delivery, you will download files directly from the software publisher’s website and install them on your computer. The computer you want the software installed on must be connected to the Internet.

How does it work?
Electronic Delivery is simple and there is no cost for shipping. After Full Compass verifies payment for your software purchase, an email will be sent to you containing a website link(s) where you can download the software. The email will also contain any key codes you need to authenticate your purchase and complete your download. Once all the files download, follow the accompanying instructions for installing the software.

Turnaround on electronically delivered software is typically 24 hours from time of purchase. Orders placed late on Friday or over the weekend will be fulfilled the following Monday.


All electronic software purchases are non-refundable.
It is the customer’s responsibility to complete the download and perform the software installation. Customers should contact the software publisher for help with any difficulty downloading software.

System Requirements and Compatibility
Customer is responsible for verifying system requirements and compatibility of all software packages prior to purchase.

Customer is responsible for any Internet Service Provider charges or other additional charges incurred as a result of the software download and/or use of the software.

Third Party Applications
Full Compass is not responsible for the availability or functionality of third party applications associated with software purchases. All subscription fees, where applicable, are subject to the terms of the software publisher.

Full Compass is not responsible for loss due to hardware malfunction. Customer is responsible for creating a backup of the software after it is downloaded to prevent loss.

Privacy Policy
Information supplied directly to Full Compass will be covered under our Privacy Policy. Any information provided to software publishers, including information used to set up accounts that don’t reside on the Full Compass web site, are subject to the respective publisher’s privacy policy.
