Customer Review Guidelines

We want your voice to be heard! Full Compass allows users to contribute customer reviews on the products they purchase from us. Please see below for our Customer Review guidelines.

Full Compass reserves the right to remove any reviews that include any of the following:

• Inappropriate content: foul language, personal attacks, threats, harassment, libel, lewdness, obscenity, hate speech or other displays of bigotry.
• Relevance: Information that is not relevant within the context of the Full Compass website, or the services provided, rants about a business’s employment practices, political ideologies, extraordinary circumstances or other matters that don’t address the core of the customer experience.
• Conflicts of interest: biased and/or not-objective content, or reviews of your own business or products.
• Promotional content: advertising content of any kind.
• Privacy: other people’s private information, including but not limited to full names, addresses, emails and contact information.
• Intellectual property: content or reviews written and/or photos taken by someone else, or using another’s name or likeness as your own.
• Demanding action: reviews or content that use removing or posting a review as a way to extract payment from a business.
• Spam: invalid email addresses, links to phishing or malware sites or an unusually high number of submissions or reviews by one user or on one product.

Full Compass reserves the right to edit these Review Guidelines at any time. If Full Compass determines that you are in violation of these Review Guidelines, we reserve the right to disable your account.
