They may have been subjected to prior sale. Some items may have damaged boxes, opened boxes, cosmetic flaws, or have been serviced if defective. Most customers think of this as merchandise that looks like you already had it for a week, but works like new.

We'll try to insure that products include standard accessories, but there may be products that don't include warranty cards, instruction manuals, or other non-essential accessories. If you find something missing, we will do our best to get it for you if we can.
