This includes -BSTOCK, -RESTOCK, -CSTOCK, -BLEMISHED, -CLOSEOUT, -DEMO or -DISPLAY items. Most sale items carry their manufacturer's warranty and are guaranteed by us to be in proper working order when you receive them. Products may have been subjected to prior sale, have damaged boxes, opened boxes, cosmetic flaws, or have been serviced if defective. Most customers think of this as merchandise that looks like you already had it for a week, but works like new.
We will do our best to include original box contents, but there may be products that don't include warranty cards, instruction manuals, or other non-essential accessories. If you notice something missing, we will try to locate it for you.
RESTOCK means that the product was returned to us from customers and may not look new and is additionally discounted.
BSTOCK means that we purchased restocked product from the manufacturer at a discount that we are passing on to you.
CSTOCK is purchased the same way as BSTOCK but will be of a lower grade.
BLEMISHED means that the product has some type of cosmetic defect, such as a scratch or a dent.
CLOSEOUT means that the product was purchased from a manufacturer who wanted to sell off remaining product and it will carry a special price.
DEMO means that the product may have been on display in our showroom, or used for brief periods of time either in our retail store or at a customer's location.
DISPLAY means that the product may have been displayed by us in our retail store and is additionally discounted. Often these items have never been turned on.
Additionally, you may see the following suffixes on some items from time to time:
USED means that the product is not new and may have been taken as a trade-in or purchased as used.
RENTAL means that the item was used in our rental department and is considered used.
AS-IS means that the item has no guarantee and may or may not work to your satisfaction.
