Tascam RC-SS20

The RC-SS20 is a direct play remote controller for SS-R1, SS-CDR1 and HD-R1 solid-state recorders. There are 20 tracks direct play with SS-R1 and SS-CDR1, and 16 tracks direct play with HD-R1. The remote features 20 illuminated keys for direct playing and displaying the playing track, EOM display, LOAD key for Flash Start playback (SS-R1 and SS-CDR1 only), and 2 x D-sub 25 pins (parallel interface). A 5 meter cable is included.

This remote controller adds great value to the CF Players. The self-illuminating keys and load button are perfect for use with the Flash Start feature on the SS-R1 and SS-CDR1, whether triggering sound effects, music cues, announcements or other sounds. It is ideal for theatrical and broadcast applications, sports venues, theme parks, and houses of worship.

(HD-R1 doesn’t have Flash or HOT Start feature, it takes 90ms until the sound starts after the key is pressed.)
