Very small rooms like voice over booths have huge acoustic problems with standing waves and bass management.  Primacoustic's New York kits are designed to remove the acoustic fingerprint of the room and provide a near "dead" recording space.

Besides the 3" thick by 12" wide by 40" high Z-Foam panels, the Z64 kit includes four MB40 mid-bass traps to control the lower registers of the vocal range.
