FREE inbound/outbound shipping for hardware warranty service
If your Rain computer system does have to come back to the factory for repairs, we'll pick up the bill for shipping. After obtaining an RMA from the RainCare Help Desk, you'll get a call tag from the shipping company. Affix that label to the box before shipping and we'll get charged, not you. Once your computer is healthy again, we'll also ship it right back to you so you can pick up where you left off.
