The compact footprint and relative light weight of the CU15 easily make it a first choice for front-of-house applications also as a drum monitor, side fill, front fill and down fill, or virtually any situation where concert-quality sound reinforcement is required. In addition, sonic clarity and smooth frequency response also make the CU15 a great choice for recorded music playback applications. Even with the most demanding recorded programs, the CU15 has the high fidelity to put it on par with some of the best studio reference monitors. But unlike traditional reference monitors, the CU15 is capable of producing extremely high sound pressure levels from its high-efficiency 800-Watt, 4 ohm format, all with sparkling clarity.

The CU15 comes with an advanced passive crossover for plug-and-play convenience, however it can be easily bi-amplified by way of a switch on the rear jack panel and the optional UP15 Unity™ processor. The U15P is designed specifically to optimize the CU15’s sonic characteristics and to ensure trouble free bi-amp operation, with or without a Unity or élite series subwoofer for extended low frequency support.

The Unity CU15 enclosure is entirely constructed of solid 15mm 11-ply birch finished in durable white paint, designed to be painted over as you desire. It also features a heavy-gauge perforated metal grille to protect the components. Integrated bar handles and a steel stand-mount adaptor make this an ideal cabinet for fixed or mobile applications and features multiple reinforced flypoints making it extremely easy to install on any angle, hung as a single cabinet or in an array.
