Samson SZ240

The SZ240 is a two rack-space, two-channel industrial power amplifier for distributed power applications. It is capable of delivering 120 watts RMS output per channel at 4 ohms or 80 watts per channel at 8 ohms. The amplifier can also run at 70 or 100 volts thanks to the high performance internal toroidal matching transformers.

The SZ240 features Class D power cores, peak and protect metering along with a front panel level control and a security panel. The universal power supply operates from 100-240 volts at 50 or 60 Hz and has a power correction control circuit to adjust the incoming power so the amplifier always delivers peak performance. Intense power supply filtering at high and low frequencies keeps noise out and pristine audio quality in.

To insure maximum flexibility, the SZ240 includes Euro block input and output connectors for all connections. The 2-rack space steel enclosure can be easily mounted in a standard 19-inch rack.
