A compact, mobile and highly cost-effective drive for use with PC's. The PDW-U1 drive is ideal for use with nonlinear editing systems, as well as simple viewing and logging operations with a laptop or desktop computer. It handles Professional Disc media recorded in both HD and SD formats, and dual-layer disc. A USB 2.0 interface is provided. Simply connect the drive to the computer and it will show as an external drive on the screen. It is highly compact and lightweight and allows for installation in any working environment.
