The CM590i is a 5.25" high power coaxial in-ceiling speaker. It features a patented BroadBeamHP® dispersion technology that delivers full-frequency, high-performance audio. Reengineered rapid-installation features include easy-install SpeedWing™ mounting system with constant-tension design that mounts to ceiling thicknesses from 6.4 mm to 42.9 mm. It has a separate low-profile grille and magnetic bezel ease installation and in-field service and painting. Speed-tap power settings save customers time and money on ordering, inventory tracking, installation and system tuning. 25, 70.7 and 100 Volt transformer options with voice coil/8 Ohm direct. 32W, 64W and 8 Ohm model options. It includes high-frequency driver protection with automatic reset. The CM590i is sonically matched with SoundTube's new RSi (open ceiling) and SMi (surface mount) speakers for applications requiring combinations of hanging and mounted speakers. A tile bridge is included with each CMi speaker, and the pre-construction bracket is optional. It may be used in conjunction with CM801i Subwoofer for applications where additional bass is required.
