For basic ganging rack requirements, Atlas offers the newly designed 540-25. The 540-25 is 22 5/16” wide, 25 1/2" deep, and has 40 vertical panel spaces.

Refinements from the previous 500 series offerings include an innovative new optional locking side panel and front surface mount door installation method as well as increased 6RU open area top and bottom for cable & conduit access.

This sturdy welded rack features 16 ga. CRS welded frame with open sides for easy wiring access in single or multi-bay configurations. Offers superior wire management, ventilation and styling.

Shipped with a flush-mounting, removable rear door (right or left-hand hinging) with lock, and include one pair of 11 ga. CRS adjustable mounting rails. Rack rails are precision tapped 10–32 and recessed 1 3/16” (30mm). These plated rails include convenient RU indicator hash marks to aid in equipment alignment. Rails are standard E.I.A. 5/8”-5/8”-1/2” spacing.

Hatsections are also on 19” panel spacing to accommodate vertical accessory mounting. Punched vents are located at the cabinet’s front edge - top and bottom.
