The Altman R40 8 foot Borderlight is a multi-lamp, compartmented strip lighting fixture designed to provide a general wash of light. It is available wired for four circuit operation for color separation or blending. The R40 borderlight is manufactured in a portable length of 8 feet, four circuit.

When fitted with a 250 watt, Par spot bulb (available separately), each socket will provide 31 footcandles, 13 feet in diameter, from a distance of 30 feet. With a 250 watt, Par flood bulb, each socket will provide 7 footcandles, 35 feet in diameter, from the same distance.
