The 562B Fluid Monopod presents the same key features of the 561B: 4 sections, good compactness when closed.

Instead of a video head, the 562B features a 357 sliding camera plate adapter to adjust the camera's center of balance, which makes this monopod ideal for camcorders up to 17.6 lbs.
