Ace Backstage Co. 025BBX/AC

The #025BBXAC Back Boxes are welded 14 gauge steel with a protective clear zinc corrosion resistant finish. This Back Box has an AC divider which provides isolation for low and high voltage terminations. A 3/8" mounting flange is predrilled to mate with the mini pocket body flange. The pocket body assembly is 2.25" deep and the back box is 3.5" deep providing a 1.5" work clearance in the bottom of the back box (ideal for feed thru or distribution junction). The clearance volume is 32 sq. inches in the #025BBX. Standard electrical conduit combination knock-outs (K.O.) are provided on all sides.

The #025BBXAC Back Box is designed exclusively for use with Ace's Mini Pocket. The welded 14 gauge steel body is designed to have the mini pocket set directly on top to sit flush inside the back box. Set the back box securely braced into the floor (or wall) to provide support equal to the floor loading requirements, accounting for any height offset required for the finished floor. Mating screw holes are provided to secure the pocket flange to the back box flange.
