Sierra Video Systems 804015

The 804015 is a 2RU panel with 64 relegendable LED light push buttons. The first 32 switches select a router input. The second group of switches determine which output these input switches are controlling. The panel is processor based and connects to the routing switcher via a RS485 party which can accommodate a mix of up to 64 panel at a total network length of 10,000 feet.

When used with simple unmapped routing switchers such as the Tahoe series, the 32 input buttons of the 804015 correspond to the 32 inputs of a 32 input routing switcher. The 32 output buttons correspond to outputs 1 through 32.

Each RS485 control panel on the RS485 is assigned an address which is set via a 6 position DIP on the rear of the panel. The DIP setting determines a personality address, not the particular outputs controlled by the panel. locked outputs are indicated by momentary operation of that output switch, with corresponding input display but no control of input is allowed and when the output switch is released the panel reverts back to the previous enabled output.
