Gentner’s Digital-1 Receiver is designed with the listener in mind. It is small, attractive, durable, easy to use, and provides excellent audio for hearing-impaired people.

The Digital-1 Receiver is designed with the flexibility of a tunable system and the enhancement of a digital tuning processor. Rather than just increasing the volume, it makes the audio more intelligible. The digitaltuning processor ensures the receiver will stay locked on to a particular frequency regardless of normal changes in humidity, temperature, or rough handling.

The Digital-1 Receiver’s FM design and high level of sensitivity allows flexibility not found in infrared (IR) systems. Audience members may sit wherever they choose, even in large auditoriums or stadiums. It is perfect for indoor and outdoor applications and does not require line of sight to the transmitter.

For classroom and other applications that require extended battery life, the Digital-1 Receiver is the perfect fit. While other receivers use short life 9-volt batteries, the Digital-1 Receiver can run on a single set of AA batteries for 40 hours or longer.

All operation is done with one easy to use On/Off/Volume dial control which is especially useful for the elderly or physically impaired. A wide variety of accessories are available for the Digital-1 Receiver that may be used with or without a hearing aid.
