Assistive Listening Receiver Venture-1 and Venture-6 Receivers: The Venture system products are similar to Gentner's other assistive listening devices except that Venture operates on the 216 MHz bandwidth. Venture is ideal for language translation and tour purposes and is convenient, cost effective, and easy to use. FM design and high level of sensitivity provide the Venture system with flexibility not found in infrared (IR) systems. Both receivers work indoors and outdoors and do not require line of sight to the transmitter. Even in large venues, users can sit wherever they choose to clearly hear the transmission from the Venture-Base or Venture-Express. Digitally tuned to lock on to desired frequency and field channel selectable to all FCC approved auditory assistance channels.
