Microphone input cable for bodypack transmitters (optional)
Female XLR plug on a 40" cable with an Evolution Wireless mini plug on the other end. A great solution for situations where microphone signals from an XLR source must feed the microphone input preamp of a bodypack transmitter. Not to be used as an output cable for bodypack receivers. The CM1 contains a DC voltage blocking capacitor to prevent damage to a microphone diaphragm. Please note that the microphone systems use the tip of the mini TRS transmitter jack for microphone input, thus pin 2 of the female XLR connects to the tip of the mini TRS. Bodypack transmitters do not supply 48V phantom power for condenser microphones.
