RemoteMix Sport is a combined phone line hybrid mixer and universal handset interface. We combined an audio mixer, headphone amplifier, telephone hybrid, and PBX telephone interface in one rugged unit. It's perfect for remote broadcasts, sport events, and field reporting from any location.

With three microphone inputs and three headphone outputs RemoteMix Sport is perfect for remote broadcasts of sporting events. Set up one mic for the color commentary, one for the play-by-play and one as a crowd mic, connect to a phone line and broadcast back to the station. It's that simple.

Use RemoteMix Sport as a front end mixer for your ISDN or POTS codec. The 1/4" cue input on RemoteMix Sport bypasses the output and feeds only the headphone jacks. Just connect your producer audio from your codec to the cue input and send the mic mix back through your codec to the station.

Use RemoteMix Sport as your field mixer for TV reporting. Connect to a phone line to receive IFB feeds, switch the balanced XLR output to a clean mic mix and connect to your cammera input. The phone line will feed your cameraman's headphones and the XLR output will contain only the audio from your talent's microphone.

Ever get to a remote site that uses ISDN or a digital PBX phone system? You don't have to worry any more. Simply unplug the handset from the existing telephone and plug the coily cord directly into the PBX jack on RemoteMix Sport. Select the handset type with the three position switch and you're ready to go. RemoteMix Sport can emulate electret, dynamic and carbon handset microphone types. This will allow you to use your professional microphones and headphones during the broadcast.

This new feature allows you to connect RemoteMix Sport directly to the 2.5 mm headset jack on wireless phones that accept third party headsets. A special adapter cable is now provided with RemoteMix Sports that offer this new feature.
